OCAT’s Writing Liaison from the MSU Writing Center
“I’m Anicca Cox and I’m your writing engagement liaison this year. I’m a doctoral student in the Writing, Rhetoric and American Cultures Department and I work in the Writing Center at Michigan State. I’ve been teaching writing for ten years at the university level.
I’m working with OCAT this year to provide support for your writing work. That can include coursework, job applications, scholarship applications, personal statements, resumés, or graduate school applications and more! We can work one-on-one or in small groups as well.
I love working with writers at any and all stages of the process and any and all levels from freshman to graduate. Have a public or advocacy piece of writing you want to work on? We can do that too!
What do you need to know to meet with me? I’m available every Thursday from 2-3PM at OCAT to help you with your writing and you can bring in your projects at ANY stage, even if you haven’t composed anything yet.
