Kelly Schweda has worked at MSU since 2008 and has been at the forefront of creating and shaping prevention services at the university. She has worked with domestic and sexual violence survivor services, and prevention for most of her career. Kelly has been a member of the RVSM Expert Advisory Workgroup since its creation in 2018. She continues to be a strong advocate for policy change within several versions of the RVSM and Title IX policy. Kelly is currently serving on the Anti-Discrimination Policy workgroup to examine the current policy and provide recommendations for a more inclusive and equitable policy to serve the MSU community. She feels strongly about bringing all voices to the table and empowering people to become change agents.
Kelly holds a Women’s Studies Master’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University.
