(jonesd@dpps.msu.edu)
Sergeant Dwaynes L. Jones currently leads the Inclusion & Anti-Bias unit for the Michigan State University Police and Public Safety (MSUPPS). His primary responsibilities include the documentation and investigation of biased-based crimes, managing assessment processes and standards, in addition to community outreach aimed at traditionally underserved communities.
Throughout his law enforcement career, he has learned one of the most sustainable solutions to reducing crime lays in the successful integration of the police apparatus with the resources and innovation of the community. The ICI Task Force presents a unique opportunity to work with our University partners to find innovative ways to solve quality of life concerns on campus.
