This week is a big week for students seeking full-time jobs, internships or co-ops beginning Summer 2022!
6 Job and Internship Fairs are scheduled this week (3 online, 3 virtual), with the largest fair being the SPRING CAREER FAIR, Thursday, February 24, in which 182 companies are seeking to hire Spartan talent to start in May/June 2022.
Career Fair Description
Time: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST
Location: Virtual, utilizing Handshake (You must use Firefox or Chrome as your browser)
Who can attend? The event is open to all MSU students, across all majors.

How do I participate in the event? Register to attend the fair on Handshake, and then sign up for 1:1 and group sessions with the employers you’d like to meet with. On the day of the fair, simply log into Handshake, navigate to the fair page, and click on the My Sessions tab to start your meetings. Make sure you are using Google Chrome. How can I prepare? Research the employers participating and check out their jobs and internships. Prepare questions for them to allow you to understand if they would be a good fit for your goals.
Virtual Dress Code: Even though this is a virtual event, it is appropriate to be dressed “up” for the event. A suit and tie are fine, but an MSU polo shirt, sweater, blouse, etc. would be appropriate.
