This year’s Leadership Summit will draw on the different levels and mediums in which impact can take form. Leadership is not about holding a title or having power. It is about creating a lasting significance in people lives, no matter how little or big that action may look like. It only takes one person, one book, one heart, one passion, one voice, one small step to build a better world. It is important to understand the power of your existence and actions.
