Preparing for final exams week can seem overwhelming, even to students who have done well on most exams so far. Often the anxiety associated with the combination of high stakes and mammoth workload make it hard to prioritize and come up with a workable study plan.
This workshop will help students analyze what they need to do and when to do it.
Instead of wasting time and energy worrying, procrastinating, or trying to study everything that could possibly be covered on exams, students will learn simple, quick ways to plan their study time and some effective strategies for prioritizing high-yield study activities.
