Description The CST will be a working group dedicated to raising awareness about bias-related issues within the community, in addition to offering support and developing resources to those affected by bias incidents. This may include connecting those harmed with resources and other forms of assistance to help them cope with the emotional and psychological impact of the incident.
Purpose There is an identified gap in community education, resources, support and advocacy for marginalized students, staff, and faculty, harmed by incidents of bias and hate.
