Katusha investigates potential violations of MSU’s policies as a Senior Civil Rights Investigator with the Office of Civil Rights. Before joining OCR, Katusha served as the Associate Director of the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at MSU, where she conducted trainings and programming focused on equity in educational environments. Before coming to MSU, Katusha worked with organizations focused on LGBT+ civil rights and the domestic utility of international human rights law. Katusha earned a bachelors degree in writing and political communication from Emerson College and a juris doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law.
