Sally Gatlin, MA, is the Lean Enterprise Manager in the Lean Enterprise and Assessment Unit in the Senior Vice President’s Office, Division of Student Life & Engagement. Sally received her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and her master’s degrees in the MSU College of Education. She brings herself fully to her work by fully extending herself to others to enrich the lives of others across campus.
Sally’s focus is continually working toward Enterprise Excellence through problem identification and resolution utilizing lean thinking, structured assessment programs, and business analytics. In addition, Sally is committed to doing the heart and hard work to create an inclusive campus ecosystem that centers around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at Michigan State University for students, faculty, and staff.
