CONNECT WITH SPARTANS ACROSS CAMPUS
We have 3 upcoming Dinner w/ 12 Spartans events (Feb. 27, March 18 & April 18) supported by the Creating Inclusive Excellence Grant through the Office of Inclusion and Intercultural Initiatives. We would love Spartans across campus get the opportunity to connect and meet each other. Please share this with your networks and forward to anyone who you think may be interested. On another note, our D&I Grad, Frankie Resto, along with some of our ACDs are planning a Spring Leadership Summit – Foundations for Success: Building Coalitions Across Campus, which will take place on Feb. 23rd from 9am-5pm. Our keynote speaker is Rev. Phiwa Langeni, the founder and director of Lansing’s Salus Center. Presenters will be leading workshops around the theme of the conference with topics including but not limited to: Foundational Leadership, Capacity building, Coalition building & Cross-collaboration, Navigating leadership through resiliency, Self-Care/Mental Health and Social identity in leadership.
